Yes, we do ship Worldwide!
Free Shipping Applied for orders over $150
Orders will usually be processed within 3 – 5 business days of ordering and delivered within 5 – 8 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 – 15 business days ( applied US, AU, CA, UK). Rest of world: 10-15 working days. For more details, please see details at our Shipping Policy.
All orders are shipped fully tracked.
We are working diligently around the clock to ship our canvas on time in a safe and clean environment.
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours
- Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-8 days). Once your order is on the way, tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system or you can track your order Here.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you are still not able to locate your tracking information, please email [email protected] and our support team will get back to you right away. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the fact that Fashion Enclave Shop products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, we will not accept returns. You can review our Return Policy Here.
However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us HERE, our customer service team is willing to support you.
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spellings, names, the photo you attached & options carefully.
You are welcome to contact us here if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, orders only can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, as they are sent into production after that.
In the rare case, that your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your orderand we’ll replace it for you right away! To begin:
1. Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the canvas, along with photos of the front and back of the canvas, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
2. Email us with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective item with your order #” with the photos at Contact@edgymart.com and our staff will respond to you within 24 hours.
