1. When do we accept order cancellation?
- Customers are always allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after place orders.
- For orders over 24 hours, we only accept order cancellation when the order has not been shipped.
We will review within 3 business days after receiving the request to cancel the order. If your request is approved, you will receive an email notification.
2. How to cancel order?
Please send a request via email: [email protected] and provide complete information including: Order number, Purchase email, cancel the entire order or cancel a part of the order.
3. Refunds for canceled orders:
If your request is approved, you will receive an email notification and will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the order to be canceled within 4 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Seasonscamping purchase or gift for any reason, Seasonscamping welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit (if returned to us by mail) or store credit (if returned in-store). In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Seasonscamping monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Seasonscamping in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Seasonscamping’s discretion. If a return is not approved by Seasonscamping for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

Seasonscamping.com and Third-Party Marketplaces Purchases
Seasonscamping.com purchases and purchases of Seasonscamping items on third-party marketplace (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Facebook) can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our Seasonscamping locations for fast processing or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Items purchased on Seasonscamping.com or Seasonscamping items purchased on a third-party marketplace may not be returned by mail or in stores, and will not be refunded, more than 60 days after the purchase date.
Items shipped to Seasonscamping outside of the returns window, not in new or gently used condition, without a Seasonscamping original packing slip, or not purchased at Seasonscamping, may not be credited back or returned to you.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
Seasonscamping is unable to offer exchanges by mail for purchases on Seasonscamping.com or Seasonscamping items purchased on third-party marketplaces; however, we are happy to exchange your new or gently used product in any of our store locations within 60 days of purchase.
If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the Seasonscamping original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your Seasonscamping.com purchase on Seasonscamping.com or your Seasonscamping purchase on a third-party marketplace.

♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Seasonscamping packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
